At the market Yu Tong is trying to convince his mother about having the surgery and explains to her how serious it is to her health and might even die.
I found this scene quite amusing because of how Yu Tong Tried to convince his mother, by saying that she will die and needs to be in the hospital for the time being. I love how her children cares for her like that. I wish I could have children who cares about me like that hehe.
At dinner time, Wai Lan told her kids that she went to a Chinese doctor and he told her that she did not need surgery but she was just hot on the inside. Yu Tong did not believe this and went to ask the doctor himself to ask about her condition. The Chinese doctor said she needed immediate surgery.

There was a reason why she did not want to get surgery. She had remembered the time when she was about to go into delivery when she heard the doctors say the Anastasia might be too strong for the mother, but that was all they can do to save the pair of twins. Hearing this when she went in delivery made her realize that she can not die now. Just now now because there will be no one to take care of her kids. She then made a promise that whatever happens she will have to endure and take care of them until Yu Tong turns 28
Wing Duk's father was born in this town but he was not therefore he could not qualify to be in fighting tournament. As helpful as he could be, Yueng Biu told him that he can join and if anyone asks about his birth he will tell them that Wing Duk was born in the town.
Uh I hate the step mom. She is so bossy and demanding. But she was right about one thing, Wing Duk.
The next day, Hor Fa comes into the practice room to look for her lost earring and asks the students to look for her. While she was looking Yeung Biu came to chat with Wing Duk about the fight. They talk for awhile when Gin sin came in and told Yeung Biu it was time to go to Pai Cheung's son's Birthday party and Hor Fa stayed home.
Hor Fa went inside the room to look for her dress, which was in a box under the cabinet. she went outside and told Wing Duk to come in to get it out for her, but he didn't even respond. He then even admits that he was the one who made her fall on the ladder so when she sees him after the fight, she should hide.
Hor Fa slaps him and tell him that she will tell everyone that he was not born in this town and is not qualify to enter.Threatening him she tells him it will depend on her mood when she will tell. Insulting him more ,Wing Duk takes the flower pots and threw them over to her, but they all missed and she ran to her room She yells for help but everyone is has gone to the birthday party and pleads him to not kill her and she wont tell anybody about his birthplace. Unfortunately, her pleadings did not work, he strangled her to death
He carried her body to his bedroom and went to find a big bag to put her into it. At that time, Yeung Biu had came home form the party by himself and went to fin Wing Duk to discuss more about the fight. when he came into his room he found his wife, dead on the bed. He quickly went over to the window where he saw Wing Duk finding a bag and hid in the room. When Wing Duk was putting the bag over the body he saw Yeung Biu sneaking out of the room in his mirror. Yeung Biu wanted to leave the house but when he opened it he saw Wing Duk and they fight. In the fight Wing Duk kicks him so hard that he died.
He then took the both bodies and stuff them in the medicine room
- God , just looking at his face pisses me off. He is sooo EVIL!!!
In the fighting tournament, Wing Duk had won the title and making up that Yeung Biu and his wife had gone to the wedding and won't be back for at least a week.
After a week, Gin Sin and Wai Lan went to the post office to see any news of Yeung Biu, but there was none, instead in return they got a letter form Hor Fa sister telling them that the couple did not show up at her wedding. At home one of Yeung Biu's students smelled something really bad in the medicine room, thinking the stank came from dead rats. They came over and broke the lock to get in. The odor was too strong so no one dared to go, in the end Gin Sin went in and out flabbergasted. He told Lan to stay inside the room, but she refuse and ran inside the medicine room and found her parents !
Gin Sin then finds out that Wing Duk was the one who killed his parents. He then set up a trap by giving him a letter mailed anonymously that said that, that person knows who killed them. At night, Gin Sing told Wai Lan to wait for him to come back and leaves to meet the anonymous person.
The anonymous person was Pai Cheung and this lured out Wing Duk. Gin Sin and Pai Cheung took him to the police station with a gun, but on their way a gun shot went off…..
- I feel so bad for Gin Sin because he thinks that it is all his fault that they died
- He had “brought a tiger into the house” without knowing it. But anyway ….what a cliff hanger. I wonder who is dead. It can’t be Wing Duk, but then I don’t want Gin Sin to die…. Or maybe no one died at all. Well just have to wait.
